Echo Chamber

There’s a ping from bouncing

Contemplations that leave my conscious

Saturated from recurring flows of

Thought that haunt me daily.

Relief comes briefly.

Seething from heated debates

Replaying from introspective

Conversations that ultimately

Lead to repeated answers.

Feelings are left in a

Stalemate and I hate that.

I can’t water myself if I’m using

Recycled water.

I need to find deeper oceans.

I need to find a door outside my mind.

I need to find a different perspective.

I need to find a therapist.
