I am Transparent

There is endless joy in me at a time of divisions among humankind

this euphoria of mine shall radiate light to lead the way

for lost souls caught in racial and social divides.

When our skin tone gets veiled under greed for power and discrimination

when black-brown skin tones are spelled as colors

how do we forget that white is a color, too?

Between our confusion of the Creator’s plans

that all Man are created equal

how do we box our fellow beings in terms of white

when all all of us have the color of Red?

There is euphoria blowing like the March wind, the spring breeze

winter’s chill because deep within my body

skeleton, flesh, blood and all

I am a form of energy sent to live my destined time.

I am Life, a guiding star for lost souls all around.

I am transparent, the spirit that I am.
